Process control instrumentation

Valves
We can assist with valve overhauls and rebuilds, including pneumatic I/P, valtek IQ and fisher DVC, DLC positioner setups, (control valve, ball valve, on/off valve).
Fuel Dispensers
Verification, calibration and service of fuel dispensers (other than LPG). Trade Measurement Service License. Verifiers for 5.1 (Fuel Dispensers) and 18.1 POS Systems.
Tubing
We offer very high standard of small bore tubing with a complete array of tube benders and hand tools. Onsite heavy industry installation. Panel layouts onsite or workshop environment.
Commissioning
Commissioning, installation and maintenance solutions for automated control systems. DCS, PLC, SCADA and Telemetry.
Calibration
In depth maintenance and calibration of mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic devices and control schemes. All test equipment is NATA certified. Test plans and completion documents including FAT and SAT.
Maintenance
We provide in-depth maintenance and calibration of mechanical, electronic and pneumatic devices and control schemes.
Document Control
We can assist with document control and work flows. This includes collaboration, file sharing, archiving, reviewing and approvals. We're also here to assist with publication and training.
OH&S
We understand and comply with government acts and regulations. We adhere to company procedures and policies. We have a quality management system, work place clearance group certificate, safe work method statement, PJSA, job start, CPR, safe work policy and a code of conduct.
